I am glad to do repair work or refinishings on any of my or Keith Backlund's paddles (only).
If you have a wood paddle from another manufacturer contact them or you can try Walter Jepson at 1-301-746-4519. He does good work too.
All my repairs are warranted for life for defects in materials or workmanship.
It usually takes around two weeks for the work to get done. Here are some repair prices so you can have an idea what things cost out of my shop:
Standard refinish $30
Full refurbish
(new tips/veneers/glass/finish) $130 (kayak)
$75 (canoe or raft)
De-glass/re-glass one blade surface $10
Length or feather alteration and refinish $50
